Entry starts free for all photographers. If we select your work, a small fee of £15 applies to join the exhibition.

Submission deadlines and entry fees

Photographers interested in participating in the “Documented” exhibition must submit their entries by December 1, 2024. Artists can submit up to three images at no cost. If selected for the exhibition, a participation fee will be required. The fees are structured as follows:

  • Participation is free of charge.

If your work is selected a small fee applies:

  • £15 for 1 showcased artwork
  • £25 for 2 showcased artworks
  • £35 for 3 showcased artworks

These fees contribute to the logistical and operational costs of hosting the online exhibition. Participants will be notified of their selection between December 7-9, 2024, and the exhibition will go live on December 9, 2024.
